SCS PL-3201 Dip Coater

For lab and short-run operations, the SCS PL-3201 Dip Coater is an ideal choice. This tabletop unit features a 14″ x 18″ coating tank and offers the same level of precision and reliability found with our SCS floor unit. The SCS PL-3201 gives you the ability to coat printed circuit boards with urethane, epoxy, silicone and acrylic coatings, as well as photoresists and solder mask materials, all with a high level of efficiency. This compact unit also incorporates an air-over-oil cylinder mechanism to safely move circuit assemblies in and out of the coating solution.

SCS P-3201 Dip Coater

The SCS P-3201 Dip Coat System is a free-standing precision dip coater designed to coat circuit boards in non-automated production settings. With this system, you can effectively and efficiently apply a range of coatings, including urethane, epoxy, silicone and acrylic coatings, as well as photoresists and solder mask materials. This system includes a stationary 483mm x 635mm tank and an air-over-oil cylinder mechanism that lets you safely move circuit assemblies into and out of the coating to attain the specified thickness.

The SCS Precisioncoat V conformal coating system precisely applies 100% solids, solvent-based and water-based coatings, such as photoresists, acrylics, adhesives and solder masks, to virtually any surface or substrate, with maximum accuracy. Common coating applications include:

The SCS Precisioncoat V conformal coating system precisely applies 100% solids, solvent-based and water-based coatings, such as photoresists, acrylics, adhesives and solder masks, to virtually any surface or substrate, with maximum accuracy.

The Precisioncoat’s standard configuration applies coatings with a direct-drive, three-axes system with an accuracy of 0.001 inches. Fully programmable fourth and fifth axes can be added for tilt and rotate functionality. The Precisioncoat is controlled by proprietary software on a Windows® operating system and features convenient offline programming and file backup.

Optional features, including programmable tilt and rotate, fiducial recognition, needle calibration, programmable atomization and laser-height mapping, are available to maximize efficiency and meet any production requirement. The system can also be tied to an integrated manufacturing system by means of SMEMA transfer standards. The SCS Precision coat has spray booth door and exhaust interlocks for safety.

SCS UV Cure Oven Solution

 

This system is designed for 24/7 production needs and suits small to large PCB sizes. The new SCS Precision UVC cure unit offers tubular full-spectrum UV curing in perfect integration with the SCS Precisioncoat Spray Coating Systems. The Precision UVC has a full spectrum mercury UV source with three intensity settings and covers a cure zone 24 inches wide (61 cm) at an intensity of 300 W/in (118 W/cm). The unit cures a wide variety of UV curable coatings as well as inks, solder masks and other materials. The Precision UVC has optional automatic conveyor width adjustment.
